Mom’s Potato Salad

The key to any great potato salad recipe, in my opinion, is a great potato salad recipe maker. In this case – Mom is best when it comes to cooking up my favorite side dish.

Her mix of ingredients including eggs, mustard, mayo and other spices makes her potato salad recipe and ‘execution’ the best.

(Disclaimer: I am not biased toward this recipe in any way. Though it helps when you are related to the chef and know that she is the best cook.)
