Metropolitan Museum Roof Garden

The Metropolitan Museum’s roof garden in New York City was the site for an unexpected drink (or two) this past Friday. As many may know, there is a beautiful roof garden on top of the museum that also serves drinks on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 to 9 p.m. -other hours don’t have hard liquor.

My accomplice and I had two drinks each with my accomplice trying the sangria and ginger martini. Sangria was her favorite.

I had a frozen and a non-frozen margararita. The frozen was my favorite.

If you get a chance to go to the roof garden for drinks at the Metropolitan Museum in NYC this summer, do it.
