Jason Calacanis Gets New VC Job
The online maverick, Jason Calacanis, has joined venture capital firm Sequoia Capital where he’ll offer his unique insight and ironic. Mike Arrington, formerly a Calacanis co-hort on the Gillmor Gang (are they still alive?), broke the news on his blog Tech Crunch.
Calacanis has just confirmed it on his blog.
What a nice job it must be for the 35-year-old Calacanis who has started podcasting and continues to tweak and poke fun at his former AOL employers - as well as anyone else that comes into his “sights”. I wonder how long he’ll last at Sequoia?
