Holidays on 9th Street and Dog Stuff
On 9th street in 10003, between First and Second Avenues, the local businesses have banded together during the holidays and display clear, white lights overhanging the sidewalks.
The white lights combined with a wintertime stroll can make dodging the dog turds all the more successful.
