Takahachi Sushi

Friday night means sushi indulgence as I tested the takeout of local sushi restaurant, Takahachi. Highlights included the salad and the brown rice.. I guess that means I didn’t like the sashimi or the asparagus roll, but it’s not true. Liked the sushi. Just didn’t find it very different. Perhaps if the pieces had been bigger, I would have enjoyed my experience more.

I did like the variety of fish -some of which I could not identify. There was no roe. The aforementioned asparagus roll was refreshingly crunchy.
