Cooper Square Hotel Gets New Companion
Even though the Cooper Square is not quite ready for mating, a crane has been erected right next door. No doubt the Cooper Square Hotel, a.k.a. the enormous vibrator, appreciates the company.
I wonder if there will be kids? Is the Bond St. development on the way?
Maybe the good people at Front Inc. know.
However, New York Magazine says ‘the kids’ may appear just one block south.
