The Violets’ Ron Paul Campaign Song Passes 50,000 Views

The VioletsFresh on the heels of Ron Paul’s second place finish in the Nevada caucuses (even if Fox News didn’t think so) comes word that the Ron Paul campaign song and video created by the Brooklyn, New York-based band, The Violets, has now seen over 50,000 views on YouTube.

Could this be more than just coincidence?

Drummer Roger Carmien of The Violets says he has been impressed with the Ron Paul campaign song’s popularity and looks forward to seeing what part the song can play in Dr. Paul’s 2008 presidential bid.
