Cooper Square Hotel and Thompson LES “Showing Signs”
As Marv Albert might say, “The Cooper Square Hotel is showing signs!”
Within the past week or two, the windows of the Cooper Square Hotel have opened as springtime temperatures have increased. This means two things: the windows work and the air conditioner does not.
Judging by the construction light bulbs still hanging within, the dildo of darkness remains a ways off from its opening. But, the hating continues at full blast.
Meanwhile, over on Allen St., it’s alive!
The constructionaires at Thompson LES finally covered most of the insulation on the north side of the new hotel. Are $450 hotel rooms nearly available?
Can you say “July Grand Opening for Thompson LES?”
You can? I can’t.
