[Insert appropriate quote from "Taxi Driver" about Washing Scum Off the Streets here.] How about AIMING THE WATERFALL DIRECTLY INTO the Cooper Square Hotel, or the Varvatos Post-CB's Mausoleum, or any other magnet for the annoying overprivileged?
