[Insert appropriate quote from &quot;Taxi Driver&quot; about Washing Scum Off the Streets here.] How about AIMING THE WATERFALL DIRECTLY INTO the Cooper Square Hotel, or the Varvatos Post-CB&#039;s Mausoleum, or any other magnet for the annoying overprivileged? 

Soak the rich. Literally.
