One bonus waterfall is courtesy of the NYC Parks Department; the other is a preview of the long-awaited East Village Waterfall at First Avenue and Houston - still no word from Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s administration regarding approval of the East Village waterfall. Inside sources say that approval is “days” away.
