New East Village Mural - 4th Avenue and 10th St.

East Village Mural - 4th Avenue and 10th St.

An inventive, new mural has appeared above the currently-vacant property at 4th Avenue and 10th Street in 10003.

Cost or Revs would be proud.

With still no sign of renovation or demolition of the former location for Green East Grocer, G & R Check Cashing and Lam’s Garden, the new painting syncs well with the “R.I.P.” graffiti on the metal doors beneath it.

For the next paint addition, we would like to see either a big NYU logo or, maybe, a sign that reads: “Gin Mill South: Coming Soon.”
