Shorts Controversy Extends to East Village

If you’ve read the NY Times article and live in the East Village, no doubt you feel like the EVP team… these “shorts” people cannot be allowed in the East Village.

Who wears wingtips with shorts? Not many.

The NY Times reporter, Guy Trebay, claims that the men of the white collar work force are marching into the office in shorts. Left, left… left, right, left… wait. We did not get the memo. No such fashion has been seen in the East Village, yet.

And, did anybody notice these guys are hairless down there? I mean on their legs. Are guys doing this now? Shaving their legs?

Men don’t shave their legs in the East Village.

To the women of the East Village - if you notice your bottle of Nair is unexpectedly low - could it be that you have one of these SHORTS guys in your apartment? Be afraid and report the offender to your local, East Village fashion police.
